About this webinar
The human-AI workforce is already beginning to emerge, reshaping how work gets done, how leaders lead, and how organisations develop talent. As AI takes on more execution and increasingly supports decision-making, L&D has a critical role to play in preparing leaders and employees for a very different future of work where humans and AI work side by side.
But what should organisations actually be developing? Which human capabilities will become more valuable as AI becomes more capable? And how should leadership development evolve to prepare leaders and teams to succeed in a human-AI workforce?
Join our special guest, Dr Ashwin Mehta, Founder & CEO of Mehtadology and Chief AI Strategist at the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), alongside our host Glynne Steele, Founder of DoThinkDo, as they explore what the emerging human-AI workforce means for leaders, organisations and L&D. Together, they'll discuss how the relationship between humans and AI is evolving, how leadership expectations are changing, and how learning and development can support developing talent, building future-ready leaders, and helping organisations adapt to an AI-enabled workplace.
Whether you're reviewing your leadership development programmes, rethinking your approach to developing talent, or trying to understand what AI means for the future of leadership and L&D, this session will provide practical insights and thought-provoking discussion to help you prepare your organisation for the next stage of the human-AI workforce.
We'll discuss:
- What the emerging human-AI hybrid workforce could look like in practice
- How leadership expectations are changing as AI becomes more capable
- Which human capabilities will become increasingly valuable in an AI-first world
- What L&D should prioritise to future-proof leadership and capability development
