How it all began…

Drawing from Aristotle’s philosophy that meaningful learning comes from ‘doing first’, not ‘training first’, our founder Glynne combined his experience as a teacher, actor, theatre director and coach to deliver a new standard for workplace learning.

DoThinkDo utilises a tried-and-tested coaching approach based on a combination of theatrical technique, neuroscience and the psychology of learning to create meaningful and effective behaviour change.
