Glynne Steele trained originally as a teacher at the University of Cambridge, then as an actor at DSL, and founded dothinkdo in 2002 to provide a practical perspective on communication and leadership development in the world of business and executive education.
Glynne has worked on design and delivery for clients including O2/Telefónica, HSBC, Google and Novartis, and is a highly experienced coach and facilitator (including MBTI Step II), as well as an award winning theatre director.
His work as a film actor has led to a specialist interest in ‘influence through a lens’ ie. how we communicate through video conferencing. His forthcoming book ‘Words are Tofu’ will present a pragmatic and humorous companion to the iterative approach he’s developed to assisting people with their communication skills over many years.
