Determined to deliver workplace learning with real impact, our founder Glynne drew on his experience as a teacher, actor and director to develop an innovative model that combines tried-and-tested theatrical techniques, coaching and the psychology of learning and behaviour change.
Over the course of our growth, we’ve expanded our programmes to help businesses with every aspect of their performance: from strategic decision making and managing change, to communicating with influence and impact.
