Our Affective Interaction methodology is the foundation for everything we do, and we build on this to create learning programmes that reflect real-life organisational challenges. Affective Interaction (or AI for short) combines behavioural psychology with techniques used by world-class actors to help individuals communicate with greater authenticity and impact – whatever situations are thrown at them.
Over the course of our growth, we’ve expanded our programmes to help businesses with every aspect of their performance: from strategic decision making and managing change, to communicating with influence and impact. Today, we have a global reach and deliver in-person and virtually in over 40 countries.
